There is a $250.00 security deposit for all monthly sites.
All of our rates are based on two person occupancy, extra adults 18 and over are $5.00 per person per night. Children 13 to 17 years old are $3.00 per person per night.
Children 12 years and under are FREE
There is NO CHARGE for Cable TV, A/C or heaters. There is a $2.00 per night charge for 50 amp sites.
10 % discount for those of you with AAA card or Good Sam card
15% discount for Seniors and our Military (Military ID required).
**New this year, we are giving a 10% discount for our Police, Firefighters and Paramedics. Please provide ID**
